Refund Policy

We are currently only able to offer exchanges.


We have a 5-day exchange policy, which means you have five days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. In addition, the customer will be liable for return shipping, or if you are based locally, we would highly recommend visiting our boutique.

To start an exchange, please get in touch with us. Please do not return the item unless you first have had a conversation with us. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be given store credit. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. Therefore, such items will be marked as non-returnable at purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
